Each pack contains
1 x balloon filled with confetti, 1 x balloon stick, 1 x decal with name
5" inch latex balloons confetti filled - these can not be filled with helium as they are too smal so should be filled with air only by using a handpump.
DO NOT BLOW WITH THE MOUTH AS THIS PUTS CONDENSATION INTO THE BALLOON - use a hand pump
I only use a very high quality balloon.
Latex balloons are biodegradable. We recommend when disposing of the latex balloons to remove the ribbon and cut the ribbon into small pieces so that it cannot get tangled on things or animals. The balloons will dissolve themselves over two years.
