NB - when you bag arrives it will look flat. It needs to be fluffed up to get the true measurement. It is measured as per tablespoon not as a bulk. There is a lot more there than you think!!

The confetti is not designed to "dissolve." Instead, it breaks down or degrades with some time. Water and warm weather speeds up this process. So, I like to say that after a few short days, most of it would be completely gone.
